A Message From Dick Knight President of Pro Club Sports/Medical

Dear Valued Members and Families, Thank you for standing by PRO with your membership. We wouldn’t be here without you. Your patience is very much appreciated as we navigate through these challenging times and rapidly adjust to the circumstances.
In anticipation of an extended closure into April, our leadership team has been working diligently to provide a plan that is fair to all members, employees and PRO Club as whole. In prior communication, we shared that:PRO Club will be issuing a club credit to each membership to compensate for the closure during the second half of March.
PRO Club will continue to fully compensate all employees during the March closure. The compensation will continue for the closure extending into April. This includes full and part-time employees. Governor Inslee’s Stay Home, Stay Healthy proclamation currently extends the period of closure through April 6th. PRO Club will not charge any membership dues until our clubs have reopened. Once we can open, members will only be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. If you have additional questions, please contact membership@proclub.com.Additionally, we have begun to send out an e-newsletter with information on home workouts, kid’s activities, recipes, and mindfulness tips for you and your family to utilize and stay connected to the experts at PRO. Each day our superstar Group Fitness instructors are offering Facebook Live classes and we hope to publish more video workouts on our YouTube channel this week.
Please continue to take care of your families and yourself.  We appreciate your ongoing support and can’t wait to see you back at PRO Club!
In good health and community,

Dick Knight, President

Dr Mark and Mr Knight have been so supportive in this crisis by paying our salaries for a full month while we are closed to the public. I would like to thank them so much for taking such great care of our team. This gesture has certainly made me feel valued and appreciated. I hope to show my appreciation with continued excellence in my work and attitude. Thanks again for stepping up to the plate and making things very much easier for all of us at this incredibly stressful time. Also many thanks to my supervisor Staci for staying in touch, being very positive and giving lots of great suggestions on how we can still serve our members who so much deserve our attention.
